2. Package Your Item:
   Please return the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation, if included. Include the original receipt/order confirmation if available.

3. Ship Your Return:
   Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank/card provider to complete the transaction.
